SEAFOOD MIXED GRILL
WITH PERI-PERI MARINADE

SERVES 4

INGREDIENTS

PERI-PERI MARINADE
 3 Red chillies, chopped
 Garlic cloves
 15 ml (1 tbsp) Smoked paprika
 30 ml (2 tbsp) Vinegar
 30 ml (2 tbsp) Olive oil
 Pinch of salt
MIXED GRILL
 300 g Breco Vannamei Prawns, deveined
 300 g Breco Squid Steaks, scored and cubed
 300 g Breco Half Shell Mussels
 45 ml (3 tbsp) Olive oil
 Juice of 1 lemon
 2 Corn on the cob, quartered

METHOD

PERI-PERI MARINADE

Blend peri-peri marinade ingredients until smooth.

MIXED GRILL

Coat the seafood in the marinade and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

Grill the mealies until cooked and charred.

Grill or braai the prawns, squid and mussels until cooked through. Drizzle with the lemon juice and serve immediately.
