Crumbed calamari
WITH SWEET CHILLI MAYO SAUCE

SERVES 4-6

INGREDIENTS

Squid rings:
 800 g Breco Crumbed Calamari Rings
 Oil for deep frying
Sweet mayo chilli:
 4 tbsp sweet chilli sauce
 3 tbsp mayonnaise
 1 small clove crushed garlic
 1 tbsp chopped coriander
 2 spring onions with tops finely chopped

METHOD

Heat the oil in a saucepan and fry the calamari rings in small batches until golden and crisp. Drain on paper towel.

For the sauce: Stir all the ingredients together, adjust seasoning, spoon into bowl and serve.

Note than this sauce can also be used for Breco Crumbed Squid Strips.
