cook squid (calamari)
When cooking squid or calamari, the rule is always quick and hot. Overcooking will result in rubbery squid. If you would like some tenderise tips, go to How to prepare squid.
Cooking time: Fry in a searing hot pan for 2-3 minutes.
How to prepare: Make sure the squid is dry. Mix olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a bowl and toss to coat evenly.
