Deep-Fried Torpedo Prawns with Thai Sweet Chilli Dip


  • Serves 8-10 as a snack

  • Breco Torpedo Prawns

The Sauce

  • 4 Tbls Breco Thai Sweet Chilli Sauce

  • 3 Tbls Good Quality Mayonnaise

  • 2 Tbls Chopped Spring Onions - Tops chopped

  • 1 Tbls Chopped Coriander

  • 2 tsp Lime Zest

  • Juice of 1 Lime


  • Heat the oil in a sauce pan or deep fryer. Fry the crumbed Torpedo Prawns in small batches till golden, drain on a paper towel

  • Arrange onto a platter

  • Stir all ingredients together and infuse for 30 minutes before serving
