BBQ Tuna Kebabs

INGREDIENTS

  • Serves 4

  • 600g Tuna cut into cubes

  • 1 Large Red Pepper cut into cubes

  • 1 large Yellow Pepper cut into cubes

  • 1 Large Red Onion cut into cubes

  • Salt and Pepper to Taste

  • Breco BBQ Sauce

  • 4 Wooden Skewers soaked in cold water for 30 minutes

  • METHOD:

  • Toss the Tuna cubes in the Breco BBQ Sauce

  • Divide the Tuna, Peppers and Onions between the skewers - thread them onto the skewers alternating with Tuna, Peppers and Onion

  • Grill over hot coals till cooked - brush at intervals with Breco BBQ Sauce

  • Remove from heat

  • Serve with Sweet Potato Wedges and Coleslaw


  • TIP:

  • You can use any firm flesh fish that takes your fancy
